For orders that are placed on a Public Holiday & CNY eve, the earliest delivery will be pushed to the 1st & 2nd working day respectively whilst retaining the same time slots stated above.
E.g.: If table above states same day, earliest delivery will be 1st working day after PH.
If table states next working day, earliest delivery will be 2nd working day after PH.

PEAK PERIOD

Peak Period is defined as:

1. One month prior to CNY Holidays
2. One month prior to Christmas Holidays
3. One week prior to & including Valentine's Day
4. One week prior to & including Mother's Day
5. One week prior to & including Hari Raya and Deepavali

During Peak Periods, the delivery schedule would differ from the table above. Kindly refer to the online product catalogue for the latest update on earliest delivery date & time.

OPERATING HOURS

Working Day is defined as:

1. Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
2. Saturday 9am – 1pm

We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver to most major cities around the world. Please provide at least 3 working days notice for overseas deliveries.

While we try our best to keep to the theme of your desired gift item, the product design will differ from those in our local catalogue due to the differences in seasons as well as product availability around the world.

However, quality and freshness are never compromised even for overseas deliveries.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Mainland Singapore
Delivery within mainland Singapore, with the exception of the restricted areas listed below, is FREE of charge.

Mainland Singapore
A delivery charge of S$10.00 will be imposed for deliveries to the following areas due to the additional time required for security clearances.

1. Airport Cargo Complex
2. Jurong Island
3. All Army Camps
4. All PSA Ports

During Peak Periods, delivery charge to restricted areas will be increased to $20.

The full price of the product is payable once a delivery attempt has been made.

A second attempt will be made at no additional charge for failed deliveries due to the unavailability of recipient, provided the redelivery falls on the same day as the original date.

If the recipient is still not reachable after the second attempt, a third attempt delivery charge of $10 will be imposed.

For fresh flowers, fruits and cakes, if redelivery has to be made more than 24 hours from original date and time of delivery, the contents have to be replaced to ensure that only fresh and quality items are sent to the recipient. This replacement is chargeable at 25% discount off the original price.

In the event that the original address given is wrong, the order may be redirected. A redirection charge of $5 will be imposed.

If the redirection is scheduled for a date more than 24 hours from original date of delivery, content replacement charges will apply (refer to Redelivery Charges for details).

Should the order be cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.

Kindly note that for cake deliveries, there will be no cancellation allowed after the order is confirmed. In the event that cancellation is needed, the order will still be chargeable at the full price.
