1. Account Information
Customers who have signed up as members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password. You shall be fully responsible for the activities that occur under your account and password. You shall notify Bloomdale immediately in the event of an unauthorised use of your account and password, or any breach of security.
2. Substitution Policy
Substitution of products like flower vases, gift baskets, teddy bears, food items is necessary in certain circumstances to ensure that your gift item is delivered on time.
Due to the seasonal availability of flowers and to ensure freshness, substitution may occur.
In the event of a substitution, we will ensure that the overall look and feel of the gift package is maintained.
Bloomdale reserves the right to substitute any products with that of similar or higher value without prior notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In the event that the notice period falls short of 24 hours, a 50% cancellation charge applies.
For orders where delivery has been attempted, including circumstances when information provided is wrong (e.g.: wrong recipient name, wrong address, wrong contact number, wrong delivery date/time), the full price applies.
For cake orders, no cancellation is allowed after the order has been confirmed. Any cancellations will still be chargeable at the full price.
To cancel your order, you may call our hotline at 6749 3333 or e-mail us at sales@bloomdale.com.sg, citing your order number and contact details as reference. Please note that for e-mail requests, only a written acknowledgement from Bloomdale (S) Pte Ltd counts for acceptance of cancellation.
4. Exchange Policy
Bloomdale takes pride in preparing and delivering only fresh and quality products to our consumers.
In the unfortunate event that the gift package arrives in a less than ideal condition, you may request for an exchange under the following guidelines:
Fresh Flowers & Fruits
An exchange is applicable if the type of arrangement is wrong (subject to T&Cs under our “Substitution Policy”) or the flowers/fruits are not fresh.
Notice must be given within 4 hours of receiving the flower arrangement or fruit basket.
Non-Perishable Items
An exchange is allowed for faulty equipment.
For products such as baby gift sets or electrical items, notice of faulty equipment must be made within 3 days of receiving the gift package.

Bloomdale reserves the right to all site design, graphics, photographs, text and interfaces. The modification, distribution, reproduction and/or republication of materials on this site without prior written consent of Bloomdale (S) Pte Ltd is strictly prohibited. The materials from this website are reserved for the sole purpose of using this site as a shopping resource to place an order with Bloomdale (S) Pte Ltd.
